2 Week Rapid Weight Loss Plan Works Well

Sounds like I am saying a riddle. Seriously though, I almost completed the 2 week Rapid Weight Loss Plan (Dr. Oz). It was Thursday and we (my husband & I) had a few days left. We wanted to go out for a coffee so we did. Otherwise we were pretty good.  I lost 6.5 lbs and my husband lost 7.5 lbs. We both felt heaps better. 

We are still eating mostly turkey, chicken and fish. Lots of veggies too.

Notice there is avocado in there too. Yum! 

I have recently come across a book about Fasting that is fabulous. It's pretty impressive actually. I am learning new things everyday. Stay tuned to learn more about it in my next posting....

PS - I will definitely be doing the 2 week Rapid Weight Loss plan again, however I want to start off with the fasting first.
